Dr. J & Dr. I, otherwise known as the Twin Doctors, tackle the topic of Soul Food in this Medical Moment. Soul Food, named after its deliciousness and the affect that might have on one’s soul, isn’t so good for our physical bodies. With things fried in generous amounts of butter, and seasoned with lots of salt, it’s no wonder soul food is a major factor in contributing to higher rates of diabetes, high cholesterol, strokes and more.
