Chicken Etouffe

1 chicken, cut into pieces

1 tablespoon of salt

1 tablespoon of pepper

2 tablespoons of olive oil

3 tablespoons of flour

1 bottle of corona

1 quart if chicken stock

1/2 cup of Worcestershire

1/2 cup of chopped onions, bell pepper, and celery

3 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tablespoon of dried thyme

1 bay leaf

Salt and pepper

Chopped parsley
